Feature Highlights

Core V4

Dovetail Locking. Zero-Play.

Set your chain tension, then tighten the two side bolts. The dovetail faces wedge together and lock the plate to the mount with zero movement. No creep when you torque it, no twist under load, and no bumper/stop bolt needed—even with high-HP engines. The geometry self-aligns, keeping the chain line straight and the setup precise and repeatable. Once it’s locked, it stays locked, so you can hit curbs, run long stints, and come back to the same settings every time.

Patented Side-Slide. 30 mm. No Fuss.

Our patented side-slide mechanism lets you adjust chain tension from the side, not under the kart. With 30 mm of travel, you can jump a few sprocket sizes without changing the chain—ideal for fast gearing changes between sessions. The self-aligning dovetail eliminates the backlash and creep common to traditional mounts when you tighten things down, so alignment stays square and repeatable. No more crawling on the floor or fighting scraped, damaged bolts—just slide, set, and go.

Bottom-End Cooling by Design

Our goal was simple: cool the bottom end. The Core V4 plate uses deep fins that create 17× more surface area than a standard mount, so heat-soak drops fast. We include a thermal paste to apply between the engine and the plate—this improves heat transfer so temperature moves out of the engine and into the mount to dissipate. In our testing, Core delivered up to 8°C lower bottom-end temperatures, helping the engine hold pace longer and more consistently.

One Mount. Any Chassis.

Core’s universal clamps fit 28, 30, and 32 mm chassis tubes with 90–92 mm rail spacing and they work even on frames with a transverse cross-tube, where many slider systems won’t. That means you can run the same mount from Cadet to Senior: change karts, keep your Core. Rigid hold, simple install, truly universal.
