We make performance parts for serious kart racing—built to solve real problems at race pace.
Kilr started trackside. As my son’s mechanic, I kept running into the same issues: heat-soaked bottom ends, flexy mounts, and slow gearing changes. My background is in engineering (outside motorsport), so I approached it differently—prototype, test, measure, repeat. That outsider view helped me spot what others often accept. We’ve since pushed those ideas into products with multiple patents pending.
Our first release is the Core V4 engine mount: deep heat-sink fins to cool the bottom end, a rigid zero-play clamp, and a fast 30 mm side-slide so you can change sprockets without changing the chain. Everything we ship is simple, serviceable, and built for repeatable setup.
We’re small, honest, and obsessed with results. Measure, repeat, improve—and let the lap times speak.
